elevator problem unacceptable delay
the location was great for sightseeing
elevators were a PROBLEM. waiting times stretched unreasonably long, due to only a few elevators being available. staff also used these elevators, which worsened delays. this situation proved quite frustrating

excellent location clean room subway lines
the location is excellent. i found many restaurants nearby. different subway lines are close too. the room was very clean. it was also beautiful and spacious.
i noticed a slightly old hvac system. it was a minor issue.

convenient location clean room friendly staff
the location is very convenient, with easy access to subway lines. my room was clean and modern. the staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with my requests. the bar on level 6 had great cocktails.

I like the decor in the lobby. Lights were cool and the furniture seemed designer. The room had views of the river, I liked that a lot. The bed was comfy.
There was no drawer space in the room. The lack of drawers felt inconvenient.
